• non-use of the service or its features
• partial use during the billing period
• change of mind after purchase
• expectation mismatch when functionality matches the stated description
• failure to achieve expected outcomes based on service data
• downtime or unavailability of third-party platforms, data sources, or APIs
• technical limits on the user's device or browser

2.3 Exceptions

• confirmed billing error on our side (for example, duplicate charge)
• material unavailability of paid functionality caused by us for an extended period

2.4 Lifetime access

Lifetime access is provided for as long as the service exists in its current form. Service shutdown does not create a right to refund.

3. Privacy policy

3.1 What data we collect

• on the free plan, portfolio data is stored only in your browser
• on paid plans: account name/email, subscription data via payment processor, portfolio data you enter, technical logs required to operate the service

3.2 We DO NOT

• sell your data to third parties
• use your data for advertising profiles
• share data without your consent, except where required by law

3.3 Paid user data is stored on secured servers.

3.4 We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is absolutely secure.

3.5 The service uses localStorage for the free plan and session cookies for authorization. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

3.6 You may request deletion of your data at support@csfolio.gg.

4. Miscellaneous

• if any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force
• mandatory consumer rights apply according to the user's jurisdiction
• the latest version is always published on the website with an update date
